Cut 4 mm thick titanium grade 5

4 mm thick titanium grade 5 here cut with our 0.3 mm micro abrasive waterjet cutting system. With this part we show our capability of cutting highly complex shapes with fine details, note the precise hole features at the end of each spring element. Micro abrasive waterjet has the capability to cut high thickness compared to the jet diameter – the thickness to jet diameter ratio here is 17 to 1.
