Optional alarm signal when actual pressure at the waterjet nozzle on the Finecut machine is below the pressure setting. The Alarm signal is visible in the waterjet machine HMI panel and alarm light, placed above the machine and visible across the workshop.

Wash gun – tap water
A wash gun installed on to the Finecut micro waterjet machine will facilitate cleaning of the machine table, fixtures and cut parts.
This wash gun is to be connected to a tap water source. The added water will go to the drain through the machine’s overflow drainage system.

Wash gun – recirculated water
A wash gun installed on to the Finecut machine will facilitate cleaning of the machine table, fixtures and cut parts.
This wash gun is specially designed for closed loop system, or systems with a rust inhibitor. The wash gun pumps water from the catcher tank thus maintaining the concentration of the rust preventing additive.
For closed loop systems the recirculating wash gun prevents adding additional water to the system.

Mist Extraction
Mist extraction enhance the possibility for visual inspection of the waterjet cutting process.
During piercing and waterjet cutting some water mist is produced which, if it becomes excessive, may introduce moisture into the abrasive feed system.
The Finecut WMC500II has a connection for ventilating the work envelop. With a mist extraction option there will be no need to connect the machine to an existing building ventilation system as it is self-sufficient. The mist extraction system will separate water from the air and discharge it to the drain.
The mist extraction unit is placed behind the Finecut micro waterjet machines and connects to the diam. 100 mm ventilation port on the machine’s back side.

Mist Extraction – High capacity
Mist extraction enhance the possibility for visual inspection of the cutting process.
The High-Capacity mist extraction is recommended for 24/7 usage of the machine, or for operations involving extensive piercing and or AWJ milling operations.
